The Eiffel Tower: This tower was originally intended to be temporary, but it has become one of France’s most recognizable symbols since its completion in 1889. The Sydney Opera House: Originally intended to be a temporary structure for the World Expo Sydney.
Architects are always looking for new ways to create beautiful buildings. They want to create something that will stand out, something that will be remembered. However, sometimes these buildings get repurposed for other purposes and their original purpose is forgotten.
