So many people believe that their desired dream job will be like the military, only with less pay. Having a dream or even a goal can lead to a more challenging yet rewarding life, however, when it comes to the more paid jobs. With the fear of getting laid off, no less than 76% of employees at various companies agree that the best thing for their career is to apply for non-controversial jobs.

It looks like getting paid to have a dream life will involve a bit of some sacrifice from both parties. But at least their dreams are mostly validated. A lot can happen in a year. Dreams can come true, new friends can be made, and resolutions can be kept (or not). As we embark on a brand new year, it’s time to reflect on the past twelve months and set our sights on the future.
